I asked my boudoir clients if there was more I could do

Last year, I asked each client 10 questions about their session, to see what they thought. How did they enjoy their session? And then, I put an 11th question on there because I wanted feedback.

That question was: “Is there anything that would have helped you enjoy this session more?” I wanted to know! I want you to want to come back, and also help future clients feel comfortable. This question was actually hard to ask, because it is a little scary to think what am I lacking in? Honesty is a hard thing to swallow, but how am I supposed to grow if I think everything is great but my clients wanted something more??

And shockingly, 90% of my clients said the same thing! “The only thing I can think of would be to see the studio and meet you prior to the shoot.”

You know, I never thought to make this an option, because I didn’t want to burden people. I would just talk to you on the phone before. But, something so simple will actually make them feel comfortable!! So, I decided to add the question to my questionnaire. If you would like to take a tour of the studio and come meet me before your shoot, I would LOVE to have you! I don’t make it a requirement because it isn’t for everyone. However, I want all my clients to know it is a safe space and they are welcome to come tour the studio ANY TIME!!!
